Cheesy No-Cheese Popcorn

  • 1 (13.5 oz.) package microwave popcorn (or ½ cup popcorn kernels)
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ¾ cup GO Veggie! Lactose Free Grated Parmesan Topping
  • ½ cup shelled pumpkin seeds
  • ½ tsp. sea salt
  • ¼ tsp. chili powder


  • Pop the popcorn according to the package directions.
  • Heat oil and garlic in a small saucepan over medium heat until golden brown, about 2 minutes. Remove garlic and discard.
  • In a large bowl, toss the popcorn with oil, parmesan cheese, pumpkin seeds, sea salt and chili powder. Serve warm.
