Ingredients
1 Medium Tomato
2 oz.
Go Veggie! Dairy Free Mozzarella Cheese Shreds
1 Tsp Olive Oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Cut tomato in four slices
3. Spread mozzarella cheese evenly on tomato slices
4. Dribble with olive oil
5. Salt and pepper to taste
6. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
