Chive & Garlic Cheese Ball

Ingredients
  

  • 1 - 8 oz. bag of GO Veggie! Dairy Free Mozzarella Style Shreds
  • 1 - 8 oz. container of GO Veggie! Dairy Free Chive & Garlic Cream Cheese Alternative
  • ½ cup scallions, divided
  • ½ cup sunflower seeds

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl combine the shredded cheese with the cream cheese and half of the scallions.
  • Form into a ball and wrap in plastic wrap.
  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.
  • Roll in sunflower seeds and remaining scallions. Serve.
