Vegan Breakfast Scramble

  • 2 ounces of GO Veggie! Dairy Free Mexican Style Shreds
  • 2 Tbsp. GO Veggie! Dairy Free Classic Plain Cream Cheese
  • Link of Field Roast Smoked Apple Sage Vegan Sausage, sliced into pieces
  • 3 ounces of organic firm tofu, diced
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 yellow bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 slices of jalapeno pepper (optional)
  • Handful of washed baby spinach
  • Salt & pepper to taste


  • Sauté bell pepper, onion and jalapeno in a pan with olive oil for a couple of minutes to soften.
  • Add in sausage and tofu to warm
  • Stir in GO Veggie! Shreds and Cream Cheese and cover for one minute until melted.
  • Add spinach until wilted.
