Vegan Pizza Bagels

  • 2 vegan bagels (no egg), sliced in half
  • ¼ cup pizza sauce or marinara
  • ½ cup GO Veggie! Dairy Free Mozzarella Style Shreds
  • 6-8 leaves fresh basil, finely chopped
  • Choice of desired toppings, including sliced mushrooms, sliced kalamata olives, vegan pepperoni, sun-dried tomatoes, etc…


  • Preheat oven to 375°F or heat toaster oven to medium/dark toast.
  • Place sliced bagels on a small baking sheet. Using a spoon, spread about 1 tablespoon pizza or marinara sauce to top of each bagel. Generously top with GO Veggie Mozzarella shreds, and any other desired toppings.
  • Place bagels in toaster or oven and bake until golden, and cheese is bubbling, about 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat and top with fresh basil. Serve warm.
