Sautéed Chicken Breast Sandwich

Servings 1 sandwich


  • 2 Slices of GO VEGGIE Lactose Free Cheddar or American Singles (or substitute Lactose & Soy Free or Vegan Singles)
  • 1 chicken breast, thinly sliced or flattened.
  • ½ cup Italian salad dressing
  • ½ cup dry white wine
  • Additional seasoning of choice. (pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, etc.)
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil or cooking spray
  • 1 large multigrain roll
  • 2 Leaves of lettuce
  • 2 Slices of tomato
  • Additional condiments of choice, if desired. (Dijon mustard, mayonnaise, etc.)


  • Combine salad dressing, wine and seasoning in a small bowl or sealable plastic bag. Add chicken breast and marinate at least 4 hours, though overnight is recommended.
  • Coat a small sauté pan with olive oil or cooking spray. Remove chicken from marinade. Sautee over medium heat until thoroughly cooked. Turn off heat. Place GO GO VEGGIE Lactose Free Singles on top and cover to allow cheese to melt.
  • Place chicken breast on roll and top lettuce, tomatoes, and additional condiments.
  • Enjoy with a side of your favorite chips and refreshing beverage.
