Broccoli with Creamy Cheese Sauce

  • 2 heads broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 cup of GO VEGGIE Lactose Free Cheddar Block (cut into squares)


  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
  • In a small bowl, combine the oil and grated garlic.
  • Place the florets on a baking sheet large enough to hold them in a single layer. Drizzle with 2 the olive oil.
  • Sprinkle with the salt and red pepper flakes pepper.
  • Roast for 20 minutes, until tender and the tips of some of the florets are slightly crisp browned.
  • Remove the broccoli from the oven, sprinkle with cheese and bake for another 2-3 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
