Pan Roasted Brussels Sprouts

  • Place oil into pan on medium-high heat.
  • Add Brussels sprouts to hot pan and cook until caramelized and slightly charred. Add paprika and stir.
  • Put cooked Brussels sprouts onto an oven-safe platter. Sprinkle on cheese.
  • Place platter under the broiler until cheese is melty. Allow to cool 2-3 minutes before serving. Salt and pepper to taste.
