Four Cheese Pizza

  • Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.  Place pre-baked pizza crust on to a pizza stone.  Rub the entire crust with olive oil and spread minced garlic evenly across the dough with a spoon.  Swirl your choice of pizza sauce over the entire pizza crust - lightly or generously depending on your taste.
  • Combine GO Veggie! Lactose Free Mozzarella, Cheddar and Monterey Jack, and Parmesan cheeses in a bowl. Evenly distribute the cheese mixture over the crust. Top the pizza with various basil and oregano. Bake until the crust is brown and the cheese is melted, about 8 to 12 minutes.  Remove from oven, and top with additional grated parmesan cheese.  Slice into 8 servings and serve immediately.
