INGREDIENTS
- 2 vegan bagels (no egg), sliced in half
- ¼ cup pizza sauce or marinara
- ½ cup GO Veggie! Dairy Free Mozzarella Style Shreds
- 6-8 leaves fresh basil, finely chopped
- Choice of desired toppings, including sliced mushrooms, sliced kalamata olives, vegan pepperoni, sun-dried tomatoes, etc…
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 375°F or heat toaster oven to medium/dark toast.
- Place sliced bagels on a small baking sheet. Using a spoon, spread about 1 tablespoon pizza or marinara sauce to top of each bagel. Generously top with GO Veggie Mozzarella shreds, and any other desired toppings.
- Place bagels in toaster or oven and bake until golden, and cheese is bubbling, about 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat and top with fresh basil. Serve warm.
