INGREDIENTS
- 1 cups diced hearts of palm
- ⅓ cup diced jarred roasted red pepper
- 1 tbsp capers, chopped
- ¼ cups GO VEGGIE Garlic and Chive Vegan Cream Cheese
- 2 tsp buffalo sauce
- 2 tsp water
- ⅛ tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 25 square wonton wrappers
- Sriracha (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine hearts of palm, roasted red peppers and capers in a bowl. Set aside
- In a small bowl, whisk together GO VEGGIE Vegan Cream Cheese, buffalo sauce, water and black pepper until creamy. Pour over the hearts of palm and toss gently
- Wet the edges of wonton wrappers with water. Add 1 teaspoon of heart of palm filling in the middle and fold the wonton to form a triangle. Press the edges to make sure they’re sealed
- Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a non stick skillet. Pan fry wontons in small batches, about 1 -2 minutes per side or until golden brown and crispy
- Drizzle with sriracha (optional) and serve warm
