
Pepperoni Pizza Grilled Cheese
This dish is a quick, melty snack that will please anyone from kids to adults. It combines two of the best foods in the world – pizza and grilled cheese – so who wouldn’t want a bite?

- 2 teaspoons, plus 2 teaspoons non-hydrogenated vegan buttery spread
- 10-12 slices vegan pepperoni
- ½ cup pizza sauce
- 4 slices GO Veggie! Vegan Mozzarella Cheese Slices
- 4 slices organic sourdough bread
INSTRUCTIONS
- Heat a griddle or sauté pan over a medium flame.
- Add 2 teaspoons buttery spread and pepperoni. Cook until warmed through on both sides, about 2 minutes per side.
- To assemble grilled cheese:
- Add additional 2 teaspoons buttery spread to griddle and place bread on griddle to warm through slightly.
- Smooth pizza sauce over all slices of bread.
- Top each piece bread with 1 slice GO Veggie! Dairy Free Mozzarella Cheese and then top two of the pieces with warm vegan pepperoni. Enclose with remaining bread and grill both sandwiches until golden and melted, about 3 minutes per side.
- Serve warm.
