INGREDIENTS
- 6 cups fresh Brussels sprouts, washed and sliced lengthwise
- 1/2 cup GO Veggie! Lactose and Soy Free Cheddar Shreds
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 oz safflower or other high heat oil
INSTRUCTIONS
- Place oil into pan on medium-high heat.
- Add Brussels sprouts to hot pan and cook until caramelized and slightly charred. Add paprika and stir.
- Put cooked Brussels sprouts onto an oven-safe platter. Sprinkle on cheese.
- Place platter under the broiler until cheese is melty. Allow to cool 2-3 minutes before serving. Salt and pepper to taste.
