- 1-1/2 tsps. olive oil
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 onion -cut 1/2-inch thick
- 2 cups diced tomato – drained
- 3-1/2 cups marinara sauce – your favorite
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1 cup GO Veggie! Lactose Free Mozzarella Shreds
- 1 cup GO Veggie! Lactose Free Cheddar Shreds
- 1/2 cup GO Veggie! Lactose Free Cheddar & Pepper Jack Shreds
- 1/2 cup GO Veggie! Grated Parmesan Cheese Alternative
- 9 oven ready lasagna noodles – (do not pre boil)
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley – chopped fine
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Toss all GO Veggie! Cheese in a bowl. Set aside. Assemble in an 13” x 9” x 2” baking pan-following these steps:
- Lightly coat pan with non stick spray
- 2/3 cup marinara sauce
- 3 oven ready lasagna noodles
- 2/3 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup GO Veggie! Cheese mixture
- 3 oven ready lasagna noodles
- 2/3 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup GO Veggie! Cheese mixture
- 3 oven ready noodles
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- Cover with foil and bake 45 minutes. Take out of oven. Place 1/2 cup of marinara sauce on top and 1 cup of Veggie Cheese Mixture. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon dried basil. Recover with foil and place back in oven for 10 minutes. Take out of oven; sprinkle with fresh parsley. Let set for 10-15 minutes. Serve.
