- 2 containers GO Veggie! Dairy Free Cream Cheese
- ¾ cup, plus ¼ cup GO Veggie! Dairy Free Mozzarella Shreds
- 1 cup organic marinara sauce
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- ¼ teaspoon finely ground black pepper
- ¼ cup sliced black olives
- 10-12 slices vegan pepperoni
- 4-6 leaves fresh basil, cut into thin strips
- Fresh bread and/or crackers for serving
INSTRUCTIONS
- Pre-heat oven to 400°.
- In a mixing bowl, combine GO Veggie! Dairy Free Cream Cheese, ¾ cup GO Veggie! Dairy Free Mozzarella Shreds, marinara sauce, lemon juice, sea salt and pepper. Whisk until uniform. Place in a 8-inch round or square baking dish and garnish with ¼ cup GO Veggie! Dairy Free Mozzarella Shreds, olives and vegan pepperoni.
- Place baking dish on walled baking sheet and bake for about 22-25 minutes, or until bubbling and cheese is melted.
- Serve warm and garnish with fresh basil.
