GO Veggie! Lactose Free Cheddar Slices:
- Pear + honey
- Ham + cranberry jam
- Kale + chicken
- Salsa + egg
GO Veggie! Lactose Free Pepper Jack Slices:
- Turkey + avocado
- Pineapple + roasted jalapeño
- Mango + spinach
GO Veggie! Lactose Free Mozzarella Slices:
- Tomato + basil
- Olive Tapenade
- Peach + arugula
INSTRUCTIONS
- For each grilled cheese pairing, follow these steps:
- Lay two slices of bread on a flat surface. Then add your choice of two GO Veggie! Lactose Free slices on a slice of bread, followed by the pairings choices listed.
- Heat one tablespoon of butter in a skillet over low heat and grill sandwich. Cover and cook for two minutes, then flip using a spatula and cook for another two minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Remove sandwich from heat and transfer to a serving platter. Serve warm.
- Repeat processes with other sandwich pairings for delicious cheesy bliss!
