- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 pre-baked pizza crust
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 tbsp. basil
- 1 tbsp. oregano
- 4 oz. GO Veggie! Lactose Free Mozzarella Shreds
- 4 oz. GO Veggie! Lactose Free Monterey & Cheddar Shreds
- 2 oz. GO Veggie! Lactose Free Grated Parmesan Topping
- 4 oz. Homemade or your favorite pizza sauce
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Place pre-baked pizza crust on to a pizza stone. Rub the entire crust with olive oil and spread minced garlic evenly across the dough with a spoon. Swirl your choice of pizza sauce over the entire pizza crust – lightly or generously depending on your taste.
- Combine GO Veggie! Lactose Free Mozzarella, Cheddar and Monterey Jack, and Parmesan cheeses in a bowl. Evenly distribute the cheese mixture over the crust. Top the pizza with various basil and oregano. Bake until the crust is brown and the cheese is melted, about 8 to 12 minutes. Remove from oven, and top with additional grated parmesan cheese. Slice into 8 servings and serve immediately.
