INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 cups coconut milk yogurt
- 4 chocolate macaroons or chocolate cookies, crumbled
- 1 – 8 oz package of GO Veggie! Dairy Free Classic Plain Cream Cheese
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp raw honey (or maple syrup)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Layer parfait ingredients in two tall glasses until ingredients are all used. Sprinkle with additional cinnamon on top, if desired. Serve chilled.
