
Cinnamon Sugar Cream Cheese Roll-Ups
These roll-ups taste like a cream cheese churro – but they’re actually healthy, dairy-free and very quick to whip up. You can enjoy this dish for breakfast, or as a great summer snack. Bring these along to your next picnic or beach day and you’ll be the hit of the party.

- 2 sheets whole grain lavash bread
- ½ cup GO Veggie! Classic Plain Dairy Free Cream Cheese
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon organic evaporated cane sugar
- Dash sea salt
- ½ teaspoon neutral tasting oil (safflower or grapeseed)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
- Place lavash bread on a flat surface and spread each sheet with ¼ cup GO Veggie! Classic Plain Dairy Free Cream Cheese.
- In a small bowl combine cinnamon, sugar and salt and whisk until uniform. Sprinkle each sheet lavash with an even sprinkling of cinnamon and sugar, reserving some for the top of the roll-ups.
- Roll lavash up lengthwise and cut each roll in the center and then cut each half on a diagonal, yielding 4 pieces per roll.
- Brush each roll-up with a little oil and sprinkle with remaining cinnamon and sugar. Place on a baking sheet and bake 6-8 minutes, or until edges are slightly crisp. Serve warm.
