- 2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
- 2 cups packed fresh cilantro leaves
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Sea salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 Tbsp. chopped walnut halves, optional
- 3 Tbsp. GO Veggie! Lactose Free Grated Parmesan Topping
INSTRUCTIONS
Puree garlic and cilantro in a food processor. With the processor running, slowly add oil, lemon juice, sea salt, pepper, walnuts and parmesan cheese. Puree until smooth and serve with raw vegetables or crackers.
