- 1 tablespoon vegan buttery spread
- ¼ cup maple syrup (grade B)
- ½ teaspoon ground Saigon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- 3 bananas, peeled and diced
- 2 containers (8 oz) GO Veggie! Dairy Free Classic Plain Cream Cheese
- 3 tablespoons organic powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon sugar, for topping *Optional
INSTRUCTIONS
- Heat a large sauté pan over medium heat. Add vegan buttery spread and maple syrup to pan and bring to a simmer. Add cinnamon, lime juice, sea salt, and diced bananas. Cook for about 3-5 minutes over medium-low or until liquid has evaporated and bananas are caramelized.
- Place caramelized banana mixture in a food processor or high-powered blender with 2 containers GO Veggie! Dairy Free Classic Plain Cream Cheese and powdered sugar. Blend until smooth.
- Transfer to 4-6 individual dishes and refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour. Garnish with cinnamon sugar, if desired.
