INGREDIENTS
- 2 heads broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 cup of GO VEGGIE Lactose Free Cheddar Block (cut into squares)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
- In a small bowl, combine the oil and grated garlic.
- Place the florets on a baking sheet large enough to hold them in a single layer. Drizzle with 2 the olive oil.
- Sprinkle with the salt and red pepper flakes pepper.
- Roast for 20 minutes, until tender and the tips of some of the florets are slightly crisp browned.
- Remove the broccoli from the oven, sprinkle with cheese and bake for another 2-3 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
